Finding the Right Fit
A well-fitting bra should have the band sit level around your body and feel snug but comfortable. The underwire (if present) should rest flat against your ribcage. The cups should contain all breast tissue without spillage or gaping.
Signs of Poor Fit
The band rides up in back (band too loose), straps dig into shoulders (band too loose or cups too small), underwire sits on breast tissue (cups too small), gaps in cups (cups too big), center gore doesn't lay flat (cups too small).
Bra Care Tips
Hand wash or use a lingerie bag. Air dry - heat damages elastic. Rotate between at least 3 bras. Replace bras every 6-12 months. Start wearing new bras on the loosest hook.
